Jeff Dehler

President & Founder

Jeff oversees DehlerPR, helps set strategy, and serves as senior project manager. With more than 20 years of communications and public relations experience, Jeff's greatest professional satisfaction comes from creating and implementing strategic communications plans that produce measurable results, including changed attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors.

Jayne Helgevold

Project Manager &
Account Manager

Jayne is an account manager for DehlerPR. She brings experience in communications, crisis management, and project management.

 

Jayne has years of experience with a Fortune 500 financial services company, weathering a number of market meltdowns, and with small nonprofits. Jayne has broad-based experience in fields as diverse as personal finance, healthcare, eldercare, and faith-based organizations, finding the story and humanity behind the chaos and the mundane.

 

Jayne has volunteered countless hours on behalf of animal advocacy groups. Jayne lives with her spouse, Bob, and her mom in Macon GA.

Ron Wilke

Senior Strategic Counselor

​​Ron is a 40-year veteran of public schools and now provides senior strategic counseling to DehlerPR clients. He recently retired as Superintendent of Schools in the Watertown-Mayer School District.

 

Mr. Wilke began his career as Director of Bands for two school districts in southeastern Minnesota. He served as the La Crescent-Hokah Elementary School Principal prior to serving six years as District Superintendent.

 

Mr. Wilke earned a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, a Master’s Degree from Winona State University and has completed graduate work at the University of Wisconsin. Ron lives in La Crescent with his wife Karen. 

Dave Beery

Account Manager

Dave brings extensive experience in school PR, including media relations, community engagement and referendum initiatives, crisis communication, website content and social media oversight.

 

He has played a key role in building and sustaining positive relationships between schools and community.

 

Having worked extensively as a journalist earlier in his career, he is able to nurture stakeholders’ understanding and trust by telling schools’ stories of innovation, achievement and student support through a variety of formats and by hearing community members' views and questions. Dave has served in leadership roles in the Illinois chapter of NSPRA.

Lindsey Chamberland

Social Media and E-Newsletters Intern

Lindsey is an intern at DehlerPR. She has assisted with social media, e-newsletters, reports and more. She plays an important role in many aspects of client work.

 

Lindsey's first job was in the greenhouse at the Minnesota State Fair where she's worked for five years, and continues to work in the greenhouse with the addition of being an administrative communications intern in the Competition department.

 

She is going into her senior year at the University of Minnesota - Duluth and will be graduating with a major in communication and a minor in music.

Krisanthy Sikkila

Chief Message Maker
Relationship Builder

​​Krisanthy is an account manager for DehlerPR. She brings experience in school PR, media relations, project management, and event planning.

 

Krisanthy is comfortable working with decision makers and elected officials to identify and solve problems. She is equally experienced in identifying and telling stories to improve client reputation.

 

She has worked for Northwest Suburban Integration School District and Robbinsdale Area Schools, and has been a member and contributor to the National School Public Relations Association and its Minnesota chapter. Among other leadership positions, she has chaired the Minneapolis Greek Festival, a three-day annual event that draws 8,000 people.
